The House: This is a beautiful cosy holiday home in Louisburgh, an amazing location. You are a 2 min walk from Old Head Blue Flag Beach which is a sheltered beach with sandy substrate, sheltered by cliffs and woodland.
The house is overlooked by a woodland to the west and Croagh Patrick to the south and east. During summer months there are a number of adventure activities available to try on the beach or you can just relax. There are also a number of other beaches to explore near the village of Louisburgh or why not set yourself the challenge of Croagh Patrick.
Louisburgh village is only 5 min drive away & the town of Westport is just 25 mins away. This house has something for everyone – sit back relax & enjoy the beach or take day trip to Connemara, explore Clare island or take to the hills.
Inside: You enter into a bright airy hallway with beautiful nautical artwork ( created by the owner). Off the hall you have a large sitting room with comfy couches & Tv, with a stove to relax in front of after a busy day exploring. At the far end of the room is a large dining table set is a lovely sunroom area with sea views. Take in the sea sounds by opening the large door. Off the sitting area there is a large well equipped country style kitchen with another cosy dining area. A sliding door leads out to a great mature garden backed by a woodland. Enjoy a glass of wine while you wait for your BBQ to cook.
Also downstairs you will find a double & twin room both ensuite. Up stairs there is another large ensuite double room & a single room. You’ll also find a large house bathroom with bath.
