Every effort is taken to ensure a reliable supply of water and electricity to each property. We cannot be held responsible for power cuts, faults in supply, freezing of water systems or droughts causing a lack of water in the property. There is a natural peat based tint to a lot of the water in Connemara used in domestic supply. This is harmless but you may prefer to use bottled water for drinking. In some circumstances owners may recommend you don’t drink the water from their supply and will advise you of the same.

In no circumstances will compensation be made for complaints raised after the tenancy has ended when the tenant has denied the agents or the owners the opportunity of investigating the complaint and endeavoring to put matters right during the tenancy. If a hirer feels that the problem has not been resolved to their satisfaction during their stay Connemara Coastal Cottages should be informed in writing within 7 days stating the nature of the complaint and the date on which it occurred.

Pets must not be left in the property unsupervised as this can result in considerable damage to the property and distress to the pet.
