Mayo Coastal Cottages is a small locally owned company created in response to a demand for someone to help people get the best from their holiday property.
Many of these properties are locally owned and are let out during the summer months to help with the cost of owning a property. There are a lot of “dot coms” all willing to take a cut from a holiday rental, but most of these have a lot of rules and little customer care.
Mayo Coastal Cottages look after the customer in order to ensure that they have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, and we help the property owner to let their property with the minimum hassle, making things uncomplicated and easy to work with.

Originally from Kildare, Siobhán has been a lover of the West since starting her career as an Outdoor Pursuits instructor at age 17 and while she has travelled the world and lived in a number of other locations in Ireland, The West was always calling her back and she has made it her home now for over 15 years. She has worked in a number of tourist and adventure industries both in Mayo and further a field, and has a strong believe in customer service.
She is a huge advocate for tourism in the West and has completed the Failte Ireland Wild Atlantic Way Champions course & is on the steering group for CAITN – Connemara & Aran Islands Tourism Network.
As things have progressed more help was needed and Aisling joined the team. Aisling has been with Mayo Coastal Cottages for almost a year. Originally from Clifden, she spent some time away and is delighted to be back home having settled in Renvyle. Her background is in hospitality, mainly catering but is loving the new role, and gets great satisfaction out of trying to find the ideal spot for Guests to stay and hopefully leaving with some great memories of Connemara! Enjoys walks and getting out in nature
